MAN’S WAY AND GOD’S WAY!
WHICH WAY ARE YOU GOING?
In Isaiah 55:8,9 we read, “My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My ways, saith the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts.” There are multiplied millions in the World today who claim to be the children of God, but God tells us through John (2nd John 9) “Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of (Christ), hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son.” Are we changing the Word any, when we say, he that does not have or continue to abide in the doctrine of Christ HATH NOT GOD?
So many professed Christians, and many who call themselves Church of God, are bowing to man rule. Many look to one man as Pope, Bishop, King, Superintendent, General Overseer, Presiding Elder, or what have you, while some have a Board of Elders, Association, Conference, Convention, etc. to draw up the creeds, rules, and regulations for their particular sect to go by. None of these are God’s way, nor do they have the doctrine of Christ. Christ is the only head of the true Church of God, which is His body, his Bride; neither is Christ a polygamist, he has never had, nor will he ever have but one Bride. This includes every saved person, but in order to keep saved, we must come out from all sectarian confusion (see 2nd Corinthians 6:14-18; Revelation 18:24; John 10:21) and fully obey him. Every earthly organization has an earthly headquarters, but the true Church of God has her headquarters only in Heaven.
There are no big I’s and little you’s in God’s family. Matthew 23:8-10, “Be not ye called Rabbi: for one is your Master, even Christ; and all ye are brethren. And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven. Neither be ye called masters: For one is your master, even Christ.” Those religious organizations which look to one man or group of men as head, whether they call them Father, Pope, Bishop, Master, or not, they are contrary to God’s will and way, and must repent of this sin and forsake it, if they want to make heaven their home. Proverbs 28:13; Luke 13:1-5.
Men will say, it doesn’t matter what you believe, just join the church of your choice. This is well pleasing to Satan. Under Paganism, which in Revelation is represented by the great dragon and also the red horse, they worshipped many gods. Then under Papalism, which is represented by the first beast of Revelation 13, and also the black horse as it sprang from the apostate Church of God, and also the two horned beast along with the pale horse, which takes in Protestantism and all false man-ruled holiness factions which have set up many ways for man to worship the One God, which is just as evil as having many gods. You will have to repent of this spiritual fornication, for this is what God calls it, when we take any group for the body of Christ which does not bear the Bible name Church of God, and include all saved people, and only the saved. We have no right to have any other name, and even if we have this name, and still have man-rule and take in members, it is as evil as any other sect, if not more so.
