Tract 174 Audio download at bottom of page _________ A FOOL By Kathy Blackburn ___________________ I am a fool lost in Hell A Holy God has named it well I should have known my destiny What He said He meant - it’s plain to see Lost in sin on earth was I I shunned the Holy Spirits cry I pushed aside that Holy Name Now only I am left to blame For now my cries have vainly learned Forever will His ears be turned No time to change - my hope is lost Nor can I ever recount the cost No light, no peace, nor Heaven’s Bliss My choice forever remains amiss No hope for just one moments rest For death has stanched my every quest I’m left to wrench with agony For Judgment hears no final plea Forever in un-quenching flames For Death and Hell each captive claims My groans and whines with millions mesh As with the stench of burning flesh Tormenting thoughts do haunt me so You reap in life just what you sow I could have chosen the righteous way Would’ve been only a small price to pay But as for me Christ did not know Where He abides I’ll never go Forever in these flames I’ll be Only a fool would join with me
