DOES GOD KNOW?

Does God really know all about us? Can we hide anything from His all seeing eyes? The Bible tells us in Hebrews 4:12-13 “For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do.”

It would be to your benefit to believe the scripture quoted above, seeing it can determine your eternal destiny. You might say, “How can this be?”

When the devil tempts you with anything, God is watching to see how you handle the temptation. If you are a child of God, saved from sin, He expects you to resist the devil and rebuke him. Otherwise, even if you claim to be saved, and you give in to the temptation, God is still watching, and God's approval will not be on you. God is fair. He will not let someone who is unfaithful go to heaven in spite of what they know they should do. And God knows.

1st Peter 3:12 Says, “For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil.” This tells me that God knows all about us regardless of what we say we are.

Reader, please read on and think seriously about your eternal destiny, which is in your hands, by the choices you make.

In Revelation 20:11-15 we read. “And I saw a great white throne, and him (God) that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.” I do hope this got your attention, because we will all be judged by the deeds done in this body, and God knows all there is to know about you and me.

Regardless of what you might have been taught contrary to the scriptures, God knows them that are his. Your eternal soul is at stake! Please don't rest your hope on the past, for God is a God of the present, and He expects us to be up-to-date. He could call us out of this world at any time. He is in charge!

The most important thing is to be prepared to meet God. To be prepared, is to be without sin NOW!!
